You can join Rebecca Sharpe, from the Brian May Archive of Stereoscopy, tomorrow (6th September), at Watts Gallery at the world’s first (known) stereoscopic cyanotype workshop and make your own 3-D cyanotype print.
Visitors will be taken through the process of creating their own stereoscopic 3-D prints using the chemical reaction of sunlight on light-sensitive cyanotype paper, with all materials provided, including the sunshine on one of the hottest days of the year.
No advanced booking is required, just drop in on the day, sign up for a time slot if it’s busy, and make your own 3-D cyanotype. Workshops take about 15 minutes.
